MEET THE CREATOR—summer forlenza
There’s no greater feeling than sharing the information I've gathered over my education and career with the people who I know will benefit. I created this for all the survivors who are craving relief and ready to start practicing.
In 2016 I went to graduate school to pursue a Masters in Clinical Psychology and my world was forever change. Over the course of my education, advanced trainings, and my clinical work, I began to piece together the basics of the brain-body connection that survivors could benefit from almost immediately.
I began teaching these skills and my perspective to my clients who began to report feeling more calm, confident, and connected to their body. When my Instagram audience expanded in 2022, I knew it was time to spread what I was teaching to a wider audience.
And Somatics Simplified was born.
